At Not Just Carpet, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it in accordance with our return policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns

Return Process

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your returned item.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds
