Return Policy

At Not Just Carpet, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it in accordance with our return policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance items
Special order items
Custom-made or personalized products
Items marked as "final sale"

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at 954-454-6993 or email [customer_service@notjustcarpet.com] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your returned item.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
Method of Refund: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply for certain items.

Exchanges
